End User License Agreement

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Kanjijo for the use of the Kanjijo mobile application (“the App”). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices that you own or control, subject to the terms of this EULA and the Apple App Store terms.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, or sublicense the App
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization

4. Ownership

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Kanjijo and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional Premium subscriptions through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. All billing is managed by Apple and subject to the App Store’s terms and refund policies.

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services for cloud storage, authentication, analytics, and opt-in rewarded advertising (displayed only when you choose to watch). These services have their own privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.

7. User Content

Any data you create within the App (such as study progress and account information) remains your data. We store this data to provide the service and you may request deletion at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kanjijo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

11. Changes to This EULA

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA.
